Therefore, when you contact us to make an enquiry, we will ask you for your name, phone number and email address, and dates of checking in/out.

Once you become our customer (by booking and purchasing our services), we will ask you additionally for your address details, post code. We will retain your personal data for as long as you are an active customer plus 7 complete financial years of the company from your last recorded activity, in line with Financial and Accounting regulations and HMRC.

Contact forms

RJ Civils keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but RJ Civilsdo not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
